Find the Right Party Bus Rental in Hollywood for Your Group
Partybusfortlauderdale.net is not a bus company. It doesn't own vehicles or provide transportation — it's a quote-comparison website that makes it incredibly easy to browse party buses, charter buses, minibuses, Sprinter vans, and Sprinter limos available through a large network of independently owned transportation companies serving Hollywood and all of South Florida. Fill out one short form, or call 954-507-6981 any time, and in about 30 seconds you'll have pricing and vehicle pictures to compare — no account needed, no commitment required.
Instead of spending an afternoon calling company after company, describing your trip over and over, and waiting on callbacks that never quite line up, Partybusfortlauderdale.net puts all the options in one place. Groups of 10 or groups of 200, a Saturday night out or a weeklong convention circuit — this site connects you to the bus that fits. That's it.
That's the whole idea, and it works.

What's On Board Hollywood Buses
A party bus built for a bachelorette night through Downtown Hollywood looks very different from a charter bus shuttling employees to a convention at the Broward County Convention Center — and the vehicle options reflect that. Party buses in the 15–50 passenger range typically come with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, flat-panel TVs, a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, and a full-length bar area. Minibuses are a strong fit for wedding guest shuttles and corporate hops between hotels and venues, with reclining seats and strong climate control built for South Florida heat.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage storage and onboard restrooms, which makes a real difference on longer runs up to Miami or down toward the Keys. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, and the comparison tool lets you see exactly what each bus includes before you decide.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 954-507-6981 before booking.
Hollywood Party Bus Pricing That Works for You
Hollywood party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, the day of the week, how long you need the bus, and what's happening in South Florida that weekend. As a planning baseline: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 on weekends, while a 25-passenger party bus typically lands between $250–$350 on weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends. A full 56-passenger charter bus generally runs $200–$350 per hour.
Those are planning ranges — the exact number moves with your specific date, route, and hours.
The fastest way to know what your trip actually costs is to fill out the quick form on this site or call 954-507-6981. Pricing for your specific date comes back in about a minute, and there's no obligation to book. Check out the full pricing page for more detail on what affects the rate.

Your Shortcut to the Right Hollywood Party Bus
Booking group transportation the old way means calling a handful of companies during business hours, re-explaining your trip on each call, and hoping the quotes you get are actually comparable. Partybusfortlauderdale.net replaces that whole process with one form and 30 seconds. The network behind this site includes transportation companies serving Hollywood, Broward County, and all of South Florida — which means you're not locked into one fleet, one price, or one vehicle type. If a 25-passenger party bus is what you need and a 40-passenger is what's available, you'll see both and choose.
This site works any time, any day. There's no business hours, no hold music, no waiting on a callback. Fill out the form at midnight on a Tuesday and have pricing in your inbox before you close the tab.
And if you want to talk it through with someone, the phone line at 954-507-6981 connects you to a team ready to build a custom package around your headcount, date, and itinerary. No account required, free quote, no pressure.
Group Transportation Options in Hollywood
From airport transfers and prom nights to corporate shuttles and wedding parties, Partybusfortlauderdale.net connects Hollywood groups to the right bus for every occasion. Airport shuttles, concert transportation, wedding shuttles, prom, sporting events, corporate groups — whatever brings your group together, there's a bus in the network ready for it.

Hollywood Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) (100 Terminal Dr, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315) sits about 4 miles northwest of Downtown Hollywood — close enough that people underestimate the ground chaos until they're in it. FLL served over 36 million passengers in 2023, and the curbside commercial vehicle lanes at each terminal fill fast during morning and evening peaks. Ground transportation for pre-arranged buses uses the commercial pickup zones on the lower level of each terminal; your group coordinator should assemble the full party with luggage before calling for the bus to pull up, because the windows at FLL's curbside are tight.
For cruise groups connecting to Port Everglades — about 6 miles north of Hollywood — a charter bus handles the airport-to-terminal transfer cleanly without the rideshare scramble of loading 20 people and luggage into separate cars. The FLL airport shuttle guide has everything you need on timing, pickup zones, and what to expect. Call 954-507-6981 to get pricing for your FLL transfer today.

Hollywood Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Hollywood bachelorette night can run from the Broadwalk beach bars all the way up to Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale and back — and the logistics of keeping 18 people together across that kind of itinerary without a bus get messy fast. Surge pricing on rideshares after midnight on Saturdays is real, and a 2am pickup from a bar on the Broadwalk means eight different apps open and nobody agreeing on a meeting point.
A Hollywood bachelorette party bus in the 18–25 passenger range handles all of it — LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, perimeter seating, and a route that runs on the group's schedule, not the app's surge map. The bus stages nearby while your group is inside, and you call for pickup when you're ready. No one's stuck waiting at the curb, and no one gets separated.

Hollywood Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Hollywood has one of South Florida's most active quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebration communities, and a party bus arrival at the venue is one of the most memorable moments of the entire event. Ballrooms like those at the Diplomat Beach Resort (3555 S Ocean Dr) and event spaces throughout the Hollywood and Dania Beach corridor book heavily on spring and fall weekends — and a matching bus to carry the court of honor from the photography session to the reception makes the timeline run cleanly.
Party buses in the 15–30 passenger range are the right fit for most quinceañera and Sweet 16 courts, with LED lighting and wraparound seating that photograph beautifully. For adult milestone birthdays headed to Hard Rock Live or a night out in Fort Lauderdale, larger buses in the 40–50 passenger range keep the whole guest list together. Browse options at Hollywood birthday bus rentals or call 954-507-6981 to check what's available on your date.

Hollywood Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino (1 Seminole Way, Hollywood, FL 33314) is one of South Florida's biggest concert venues, with a capacity of around 6,500 — and the casino complex around it means parking is shared across a massive property that gets congested well before doors open. The venue is accessible via I-95 to Stirling Road, but westbound Stirling backs up significantly on show nights, and the surface lots around the casino fill early with guests who arrived hours before the concert started. Your group doesn't want to be circling at showtime.
A Hollywood concert bus rental drops your group at the venue entrance and picks everyone up at an agreed spot after the show, so nobody's GPS-navigating a 7,000-car parking lot at 11pm. Check the Hard Rock Live Hollywood bus guide for specific drop-off and pickup details, or call 954-507-6981 to compare options for your concert date.

Hollywood Corporate Event Transportation
Hollywood's corporate corridor runs along the I-95 and US-1 spine, with major hotels like the Seminole Hard Rock and the Diplomat Beach Resort serving as conference anchors. Getting a team of 40 between the Diplomat (3555 S Ocean Dr, Hollywood, FL 33019) and a vendor meeting near the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale during afternoon traffic on US-1 is a frustrating exercise in rideshare logistics — especially when half the group doesn't know the area and the other half is on a call.
A Hollywood corporate charter bus keeps the group together, keeps the schedule tight, and eliminates the "who's still in the parking garage" text chain. A minibus is a particularly clean fit for executive shuttles between properties — greater maneuverability on the side streets around the Broadwalk and Las Olas corridors, reclining seats, and enough A/C to matter in August. Call 954-507-6981 to discuss group rates and multi-stop corporate packages.

Hollywood Private Event Transportation Services
The Tortuga Music Festival brings 30,000+ attendees to Fort Lauderdale Beach each April, and the entire AIA corridor from Hollywood to Fort Lauderdale gets gridlocked for the weekend. Rideshare pricing spikes dramatically, street parking disappears, and the walk from any available paid lot is long. Groups that arrive on a charter bus bypass the surface lot scramble entirely — the bus drops at a designated point and picks up at an agreed time, while everyone else is in the rideshare queue.
Hollywood's Mardi Gras Casino events, Seminole Hard Rock property concerts, and the annual Hollywood Beach Latin Festival in October create similar demand spikes. A Hollywood private event bus at a flat group rate is almost always cheaper per person than 20 individual rideshares at surge pricing. For Art Basel week in December, when South Florida ground transportation demand peaks across the entire region, book 6–8 weeks out minimum.
Call 954-507-6981 to lock in a date before rates climb.

Hollywood Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Broward County high schools — including South Broward, Chaminade-Madonna, Hallandale, and Hollywood Hills — hold proms in a compressed window from late April through May, and demand for party buses spikes across the entire county in that six-week stretch. Buses that are available in March at standard rates are gone by April, and groups that wait until two weeks before prom are either paying significantly more or finding nothing available in the right size.
For prom: book by January. That is not a suggestion — it's the difference between the bus your group actually wants and a last-minute compromise. The Hollywood prom bus page has more detail on timing and what to look for.
Call 954-507-6981 as soon as your date is set. Homecoming bookings in October follow a similar pattern — earlier is always cheaper and always has better selection.

Hollywood School Event & Field Trip Transportation
South Broward high school and middle school field trips frequently run to South Florida Science Center in West Palm Beach, Zoo Miami (12400 SW 152nd St, Miami, FL 33177), the Frost Museum of Science in Downtown Miami, and Everglades National Park — all of which call for a full-size coach with undercarriage storage for backpacks, equipment, and lunch bags. Yellow school bus availability through Broward County's fleet is limited on popular spring dates, and charter bus alternatives booked through this site fill the gap cleanly.
Full-size charter buses on these routes typically include reclining seats, overhead storage, and onboard restrooms, which makes a 90-minute drive to Zoo Miami or the park a dramatically more manageable experience for students and chaperones alike. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention it when requesting your quote. For field trips, calling well in advance of your school's permission slip deadline is the right move.
Reach the team at 954-507-6981 to put together a Hollywood school trip bus package.

Hollywood Sporting Event Transportation
Hard Rock Stadium (1 Hard Rock Stadium Way, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) sits about 20 miles south of Hollywood via I-95 — a drive that looks straightforward on a map and turns into a parking lot on Dolphins game days. The stadium's rideshare pickup is in Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex, which is an estimated 25-minute walk from the stadium gates, and day-of parking requires advance purchase. Groups that drive separately end up scattered across remote lots and making that walk twice — once in pregame energy and once exhausted after the fourth quarter.
A Hollywood sporting event charter bus loads the group at one address, gets dropped at the stadium, and picks everyone up at a predetermined spot after the game. The Hard Rock Stadium group bus guide covers the current parking and drop-off approach. For Heat games at Kaseya Center in Miami — where downtown parking is genuinely scarce — see the Kaseya Center bus guide.
Call 954-507-6981 for game-day availability.

Hollywood Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
The Diplomat Beach Resort (3555 S Ocean Dr, Hollywood, FL 33019) is one of the most popular wedding venues on the Hollywood Beach corridor, and its oceanfront location creates a familiar logistical problem: the hotel's self-parking fills quickly on Friday and Saturday evenings, valet lines back up during cocktail hour arrival, and guests coming from Fort Lauderdale or Miami hotels are navigating A1A's Saturday night traffic without much margin. A guest shuttle running a timed circuit between the hotel block and the Diplomat eliminates all of that.
A Hollywood wedding shuttle bus in the 24–35 passenger minibus range is the right tool for most guest shuttle circuits — manageable size for the Broadwalk-area streets, enough seats for a full hotel block pickup, and climate control that guests in formalwear on a Florida evening will genuinely appreciate. Bridal party vehicles in the 14-passenger Sprinter limo range are also available for the ceremony-day run. Call 954-507-6981 to build a wedding transportation timeline around your venue and hotel block.

Hollywood Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Hollywood's bar and brewery circuit stretches from the Broadwalk's beach bars north through Fort Lauderdale's Flagler Village craft brewery corridor — home to spots like Invasive Species Brewing (2230 Wilton Dr, Wilton Manors) and Tank Brewing's distribution reach into the area — and west along Stirling Road toward the casino district. The problem with navigating that circuit in personal vehicles is obvious. The Broadwalk itself has limited parking even on quieter nights, and AIA heading north on a Saturday evening is a slow crawl from Hollywood Beach to Fort Lauderdale Beach.
A Hollywood pub crawl party bus stages near each stop while the group is inside, and the route runs entirely on your group's schedule — no surge pricing at 1am, no one staying sober to drive, no coordinating five separate rideshares between stops. A 15–25 passenger party bus is the right fit for most Hollywood bar crawl groups. Call 954-507-6981 to check what's available on your date.

It connects you to party buses, charter buses, minibuses, Sprinter vans, and Sprinter limos available through a network of independently owned transportation companies serving South Florida. It is not a bus company and does not provide transportation.
It makes finding and comparing options fast and free — no account needed, no obligation to book.

How much does a party bus cost in Hollywood?
Hollywood party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, the date, and how long you need the bus. As a general planning range: a 25-passenger party bus typically runs $250–$350 per hour on weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends, while a full 56-passenger charter bus generally lands between $200–$350 per hour. Those numbers shift with event demand, availability, and your specific itinerary — the exact number for your trip comes from the quote form or a quick call to 954-507-6981.
You'll have pricing in about a minute. Visit the Hollywood party bus prices page for the full rate breakdown by vehicle.
Where exactly does a bus drop off at Amerant Bank Arena?
Amerant Bank Arena (1 Panther Pkwy, Sunrise, FL 33323) is the home of the Florida Panthers, located in Sunrise — about 18 miles northwest of Hollywood via I-95 to I-595 West. The arena's commercial vehicle drop-off and charter bus parking areas are coordinated through the venue's event operations; the Amerant Bank Arena bus guide has the most current approach and parking detail. What's worth knowing as a planner: the surface lots around the arena fill early on playoff nights and major concert dates, and the post-event rideshare situation in Sunrise is significantly worse than in downtown markets.
A charter bus that picks up at a pre-agreed time eliminates that entirely.
How does a bus group pick up from Port Everglades?
Port Everglades (1850 Eller Dr, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316) handles more than 4 million cruise passengers annually and sits about 8 miles north of Downtown Hollywood. Each cruise terminal has its own designated curbside drop-off and pickup zone, and the terminal number matters — Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian, and Celebrity all use different terminals on the port map. The Port Everglades bus and cruise transfer guide covers terminal-by-terminal approach detail.
The short version: confirm your terminal with the cruise line before embarkation morning, and have your full group and luggage assembled before calling for the bus to pull in — commercial vehicles are on a tight clock at cruise terminal curbs.
What's the best vehicle for a Hollywood Beach Broadwalk bar crawl?
For most Broadwalk bar crawl groups in the 12–25 person range, a party bus in the 18- or 25-passenger range is the right fit. It's large enough to keep the group together comfortably, and maneuverable enough for the surface streets around Hollywood Beach without the footprint of a full charter bus. The A1A corridor has limited overnight parking at a lot of the beach venues, so having the bus stage nearby while the group is inside is genuinely useful.
Larger groups of 30–50 should look at the 30- or 40-passenger party bus options instead.
Can the bus make multiple stops in one trip?
Yes — and for Hollywood itineraries that move between the Broadwalk, the casino corridor, Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, and back, multi-stop routing is standard. When you request a quote, include each stop and the approximate time you expect to spend at each location. The quote will reflect the full trip duration rather than point-to-point mileage, so the more detail you share upfront, the more accurate the pricing.
Call 954-507-6981 and a team member can help structure the itinerary and match it to the right vehicle size.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Hollywood events, 4–8 weeks out is a comfortable window that gives you solid vehicle selection and competitive pricing. For peak demand periods — Broward County prom season (late April through May), Tortuga Music Festival weekend in April, Dolphins home season games (September through January), and Art Basel week in early December — book 3–6 months in advance. Prom in particular: availability across Broward County shrinks fast once high schools publish their dates, and waiting until March for a May prom almost always means higher rates or limited options.
The earlier you call 954-507-6981, the better the selection and the price.
Popular Hollywood Party Bus Destinations
Hollywood's geography puts your group within reach of South Florida's biggest venues, beaches, and entertainment corridors. Here are six destinations Hollywood groups visit most — and what you actually need to know to get there without a headache.

Hard Rock Live at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino
Hard Rock Live (1 Seminole Way, Hollywood, FL 33314) is a 6,500-capacity indoor amphitheater anchored inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino complex — one of the largest casino resorts in Florida. The venue pulls from across Broward and Miami-Dade, and the surrounding casino parking structure, while large, fills well before showtime on sold-out nights. Westbound Stirling Road approaching the property from I-95 is the primary bottleneck, backing up significantly from the I-95 interchange toward the casino entrance on concert nights.
A charter bus or party bus drops your group at the venue entrance and stages in the property's oversized vehicle parking areas while the show runs. Visit the Hard Rock Live Hollywood bus guide for current drop-off and staging detail, and check the official Hard Rock Live Hollywood site for event schedules. Phone: (954) 797-5531

Hollywood Beach Broadwalk
The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk stretches 2.5 miles along the Atlantic oceanfront between Sheridan Street and Georgia Street — a mix of restaurants, beach bars, bike rentals, and open-air patios that draws enormous weekend crowds. Parking along Hollywood Beach is metered, enforced, and genuinely competitive on Saturday afternoons; the city's oceanfront lots fill before noon on peak summer weekends and during special events like the Hollywood Beach Latin Festival (typically held in October). The Broadwalk itself is a pedestrian and bicycle path — no vehicles — so buses drop groups on Ocean Drive, the street immediately west of the Broadwalk, and stage on side streets nearby.
For evening bar crawl groups, a party bus is the cleanest way to move between Broadwalk spots and connect over to the casino corridor or Fort Lauderdale later in the night. Address: Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, Hollywood, FL 33019

Diplomat Beach Resort
The Diplomat Beach Resort (3555 S Ocean Dr, Hollywood, FL 33019) is a 1,000-room oceanfront property that serves as Hollywood's anchor for weddings, galas, corporate conferences, and large private events. The resort's ballrooms and event spaces book heavily on Friday and Saturday evenings from October through May, and the South Ocean Drive approach from both directions backs up as guests arrive during the 5–7pm window. The resort's self-parking garage has limited capacity relative to large event attendance, and valet queues on peak evenings run long.
Wedding and corporate groups running shuttle circuits between the Diplomat and nearby hotel blocks — the Marriott Hollywood Beach and the Hampton Inn on N Ocean Drive, for example — find that a timed minibus circuit handles the arrival and departure flow far more predictably than uncoordinated rideshares. Check the official Diplomat Beach Resort site for event space detail. Phone: (954) 602-6000

Broward Center for the Performing Arts
Broward Center for the Performing Arts (201 SW 5th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312) sits on the New River in downtown Fort Lauderdale, about 8 miles north of Hollywood via US-1 or I-95. The venue seats up to 2,700 in the Au-Rene Theater and hosts Broadway touring productions, symphony performances, and major solo artists throughout the season. Downtown Fort Lauderdale parking near the Broward Center is metered and garage-based; the closest public garages fill on sold-out nights, and street parking on SW 5th Avenue and surrounding blocks has a 2-hour limit that doesn't cover full evening performances.
The Broward Center bus and group transportation guide covers current drop-off and pickup protocol for charter vehicles. A minibus from Hollywood to the Broward Center and back is a clean fit for theater groups of 20–35 who don't want to coordinate their own parking and departure. Phone: (954) 462-0222

Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino
Gulfstream Park (901 S Federal Hwy, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009) sits just north of the Hollywood-Hallandale Beach border on US-1 — about 3 miles from Downtown Hollywood — and combines a live thoroughbred racing track, a full casino floor, and a retail and dining complex called The Village at Gulfstream Park. Live racing runs from January through April, with the Florida Derby in late March drawing the largest single-day crowds of the meet. Parking at Gulfstream is free and plentiful on regular racing days, but the Florida Derby and major casino events push the surface lots to capacity and slow the US-1 approach in both directions.
For groups of 20–50 coming from hotels on the Broadwalk or from Miami, a charter bus handles the round-trip cleanly, and there's ample space for oversized vehicles in the outer lots. Check Gulfstream Park's official site for the live racing schedule and event calendar. Phone: (954) 454-7000

Young Circle Arts Park (ArtsPark at Young Circle)
ArtsPark at Young Circle (1 Young Circle, Hollywood, FL 33020) is a 10-acre public park and amphitheater at the center of Hollywood's downtown grid — the hub for the Hollywood Arts & Music Festival, Art & Culture Center events, the annual Jazz Fest, and Friday night food truck gatherings. The circular park is ringed by Downtown Hollywood's street grid, and while there is a public parking garage on South 20th Avenue adjacent to the park, spaces fill on festival days by mid-afternoon. The amphitheater has hosted national touring acts and large community events that draw well beyond neighborhood foot traffic.
A party bus from Hollywood Beach or from the casino corridor to ArtsPark sets the group up to walk into the event without competing for garage space. Downtown Hollywood is a walkable district, so dropping at the park circle and exploring on foot is genuinely easy from that central point. Address: 1 Young Circle, Hollywood, FL 33020
